Adobe FLEX Superstar needed urgently!

 Required:

• 12-18 months of experience developing exclusively with Flex 2 (experience with Flex 3 is a bonus)
• proper object-oriented, event-driven Actionscript 3 code
• writing custom FLEX components
• experience writing well-designed, and visually appealing UIs
• design sense

Nice to have:

• knowledge of design patterns
• experience with Cairngorms, PureMVC or other Flex framework
• experience with SOAP or REST-based web services
• expeirence with Java, Hibernate and/or MySQL
